How to deal with a loonie bird

This whole past week has been totally insane. I don't know how I managed to get thru it . Assholes GF is now back in the looney bin, and man, we all went thru hell dealing with her. I'm an emotional mess right now...so much on my mind, so many things to worry about. My angels being the first thing on my mind.
